Flex Pass Terms & Conditions
1. Eligible Events
The pass is valid for one Grand Tournament and two singles RTTs taking place during the D6 Games 2027 season across Essex, Bedford, Cambridge and Redbridge.
2. Choice of Region
Players may select events from any combination of the four regions. There is no requirement to attend events in the same county.
3. Event Availability
All bookings are subject to available places. Purchasing a Flex Pass guarantees the included number and type of event entries across the circuit, but does not guarantee availability at a particular event or location.
4. Booking Requirements
Players must reserve their places using the supplied booking entitlements. Purchasing a pass does not automatically reserve places at individual tournaments.
5. Event Transfers
Players may request to transfer an existing booking to another eligible event of the same type, subject to availability and at least 14 days’ notice. Transfers must be approved by D6 Games.
6. Event Entitlements
The pass provides exactly one GT entry and two singles RTT entries. GT entitlements cannot be exchanged for additional RTT entries, and unused RTT entitlements cannot be converted into GT entries.
7. Validity
The pass is valid only for eligible events within the 2027 D6 Games competitive season. Unused entitlements cannot be carried forward to the following season, subject to applicable consumer rights.
8. Exclusions
Teams RTTs, narrative events, social gaming days, doubles tournaments, Apocalypse events and other special events are not included.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with D6 Games’ published booking terms and applicable UK consumer law. Where D6 cannot provide the purchased event entitlements, an appropriate alternative or remedy will be offered.
