About This Event
This is a 2 day 5 round GT Warhammer 40K Event
Building off from our 1 day RTT designed events, with fixed terrain layouts and 3 hour rounds times our GTs provide that next step up in challenge for all new comers and veterans alike while maintaining a relaxed approach for a more comfortable experience.
At each of our events all players are treated to a freshly made slow cooker style lunch after round 2 on day 1 and Lunch after round 1 on day 2 (full menu in the players pack released closer to the time)
This is a Bring Your Own Booze Event!
You will be asked to fill out some dietary questions upon sign up but If there is anything specific you need dietary wise please message Robert to make a request.

Players Pack details released August 1st
3D printing and conversion submissions by the August 1st
List Submission by the 30th August
Any 3D printing or conversions must be submitted for approval you can do that via email

What Players will need
* Dice, measuring tape and other items to help you play.
* A copy of your list to hand either via the official GW app or paper.
* A copy of all your rules- Faction + Core Rules either by app or Book/Paper
* Access to Best Coast Pairings App and Tabletop Battle App
Army Rules
* 1 faction per player and no more than 2000 points per player
* A printed list/Materials of your army for opponent to see.
* Army’s must have a 3 colour minimum battle ready paint job to qualify for the 10 points each round of the event.
Event Itinerary
Day- 1 Saturday
* 7am-8:30am- Event Organiser Final Checks and preparations.
* 8:30am-9am- Player Arrivals Grab a Tea or Coffee with a Biscuit. Proceed to unpack your armies ready for round 1 and find your first round pairing.
* 9am-12pm- Round 1
* 12pm-12:15pm- Refreshments
* 12:15pm-3:15pm- Round 2
* 3:15pm-3:45pm- Lunch
* 3:45pm-6:45pm- Round 3
* Go Home
Day 2- Sunday
* 9am-9:30am- Event Organiser Final Checks and preparations.
* 9:30am-10am- Player Arrivals Grab a Tea or Coffee with a Biscuit. Proceed to unpack your armies ready for round 1 and find your first round pairing.
* 10-1pm- Round 1
* 1pm-1:15pm- Lunch
